Annual lawn maintenance is a critical component to the overall health and appearance of your lawn.

1) Dethatching - This process removes organic material that has built up in the lawn over the previous season and winter, providing space for the grass to grow. You can do this with a rake, but trust us when we tell you do not want to!

2) Aerating - This process simply puts small (Less than 1”) holes in a uniform pattern across the lawn. This allows moisture to collect, air and fertilizer to reach the root system, and grass seed to take root.

3) Over-seed/fertilize - We add grass seed and fertilizer to the lawn on annual basis to replace and augment the existing grass network. This crowds out weeds and promotes a full and thick lawn.
